Dr. Gwendolyn Avington is a leadership strategist, executive coach and organizational development expert dedicated to helping leaders and organizations reach their highest potential. As the Founder and CEO of Avington Consulting LLC, she partners with executives, managers, educators, and organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, improve communication, and build high-performing teams that drive meaningful results.

Known for her strategic insight and engaging leadership style, Dr. Avington helps organizations navigate complexity by aligning people, purpose, and performance. Her work focuses on leadership development, team optimization, and strategic communication—equipping leaders with practical tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

A respected thought leader and speaker, Dr. Avington contributes to professional conferences, leadership forums, and organizational initiatives focused on strengthening leadership and quality. She is also committed to professional service and mentorship, supporting emerging leaders as they grow their leadership capacity and career pathways.

Dr. Avington holds a Doctor of Health Administration, an MBA in Healthcare Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication, and an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Through Avington Consulting, Dr. Avington continues to inspire leaders to think strategically, communicate effectively, and lead with purpose, transforming challenges into opportunities and vision into lasting impact.

Angelika Gulley is the strategic mind and creative force behind many of the innovative approaches that shape Avington Consulting’s work.

 As Creative Solutions Director, she specializes in helping organizations move beyond surface-level fixes to develop thoughtful, people-centered strategies that strengthen leadership, communication, and organizational alignment.

Angelika’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior and systems thinking. She holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, with her graduate studies emphasizing Forensic Psychology, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also a Certified Master Mental Mindset Life Coach, bringing a mindset-driven perspective to leadership and organizational development.

She is also the visionary behind Camp Catharsis, a nature-based retreat experience designed to create space for reflection, clarity, and transformation. The same philosophy that inspired Camp Catharsis—intentional growth through honest insight—continues to influence the way she approaches consulting and leadership development.
